Bezel System

The exclusive Beacon Products BEZEL is a one-piece, replaceable CARTRIDGE SYSTEM consisting of a 'heat transfer pad', an LED engine, LED lamps, Opitcs, gasket and a die-cast aluminum, heat sink bezel.

Heat Sink Bezel

A die-cast aluminum faceplate bezel provides the mechanical compression which seals the optical system and PCB. The openings have been designed with critical angles that prevent light blockage from occurring and maximze net lumen output.

Optical System

Standard Type II, III, and V IESNA distributions are available and have been designed to provide a lighting system with the highest possible uniformity and greatest spacing.

Printed Circuit Board (PCB)

The PCB is available with a 24, 36, and 60-LED metal-clad circuit board, which is capable of producing over 11,000 delivered lumens. A network of sophisticated on-board circuitry is drawn through a thermally conductive copper layer which provides thermal conduction to the aluminum substrate.

Gasket

A one-piece die cut silicone gasket ensures a weather-proof seal around each individual LED and allows the BEZEL to be rated for high-pressure hose down applications.
