Upon preliminary determination of warranty validity, and actual defects, a Return Materials Authorization number will be issued. If so advised by Beacon Products, Inc., the customer shall, at their expense, return the product to the factory where a final determination on the validity of the warranty claim shall be made. This warranty applies only to products manufactured by Beacon Products, Inc. and does not apply to products manufactured by other manufacturers used in conjunction with our products. Beacon Products, Inc. shall not be responsible for any liabilities incidental to the warranted product including, but not limited to, freight charges to deliver the product to or from the factory, penalty or late charges, labor to remove or install warranted products. Installation of a lamppost without a fixture, the unauthorized attachment of decorations, banners, flags, etc., or supplying incorrect wind loading or application information shall void the post warranty. Warranty on Poles
Any poles ordered hereunder are warranted to be designed in accordance with generally accepted engineering practice. The warranty of the design of these products is limited to their ability to withstand, without destruction, stress loads applied to the product at or before the time of proper installation, or to an identically designed product. These test loads are to be calculated equivalents of the yield strength loads for which the products are designed and as are represented on Seller's approved design drawings. Where specifications are set forth, minimum standards shall apply. The calculated relationships between strength loads and wind velocity, presented in Seller's catalog are derived from generally accepted engineering authorities, and are presented for the convenience of the customer only. For the exact pole loading and rating within specific luminaire projected area, consult factory.
